Q1: What's your shipment terms?
We are ONE-STOP supplier with flexible trade terms, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP by sea or by air etc.
Q2: What's your payment terms?
Generally it's T/T 30% prepayment & 70% balance before shipment. The photos of finished products and packages could be provided before you pay the balance.
Q3: How about your delivery time?
It takes 30~60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on actual items and quantity of your order.
Q4: What’s the package of your products?
Our goods are packed in steel bracket and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded cartons after getting your authorization letters.
Q5: How can I know which size of container I need to book?
Our logistic department help you to calculate the volume and weight, and then we give you suggestion on container size you can book.
Q6: How about your after-sale warranty?
